Step 1 - You can create a new hotel from the partner dashboard by clicking on the add new hotel link from the main menu in the partner dashboard.
Step 2 - Add the title and description for your hotel in the edit fields. Click the upload button below featured image to add the main image for your hotel. This image will show up in the search field for your property.
Step 3 - Enter the address for your hotel in the address field. You must enter you address or hotel name in the map field to locate it on the map so we can get the coordinates. This data is supplied from Google maps.
Step 4 - Click the Hotel Details tab. Here you will add all your features and amenities from our supplied list. Next you will add the contact details such as website, email and phone number for your property.
Step 5 - Click on the Price Settings tab. If you would like to auto calculate your average room rate based on their prices then leave the option as is. If you would like to manually enter in your average room rate select no from the drop-down and then enter your average price in the field.
Step 6 - Select the Check in/out time tab. Enter in the check-in and check-out times for you hotel.
Step 7 - Select the Other Options tab. Book before number for days is the amount of days before check-in a customer is allowed to book. The default number is 1 day. Enter a value for Minimum stay if you require more then 1 night minimum stay.
Step 8 - Select the Hotel Policy tab. This section will let you add custom policies for your property. Click on the + button to add a new policy, click on the created tab and enter a title and policy description.
Step 9 - Click on the Submit Property button at the bottom to submit the hotel listing for review. You will be notified by email once the listing has been approved and is live on the site.
